摘要
疾病诊断是根据病体表现出的症状信息来识别疾病的过程。依据疾病信息和症状信息之间的逻辑对应关系建立了基于节约覆盖原理的疾病诊断数学模型;设计了适合此模型的遗传算法程序,用来求解已知某些症状发生时可能发生的最小疾病集;最后用例子说明了程序的使用方法。
Disease diagnosis is identifying and diagnosing illness based on symptom information of the ailing life-form. This paper proposes an approach of establishing logic corresponding relation between disease information and symptom information. A mathematical model of diagnosing disease based on parsimonious covering theory is constructed. A computer program of genetic algorithm is designed for this model in order to find least disease set when we know some symptom information. Finally,the method to use the program is explained through an example.
