摘要 超声引导下经皮微波凝固治疗原发性和转移性肝癌 ,具有微创、安全、经济、疗效可靠、操作简单、适应证广等特点 ,已经成功应用于治疗失去手术机会的肝癌患者。随着微波天线制作工艺的改进及穿刺技术不断提高 ,治疗适应证正在不断拓宽。现就微波凝固治疗肝癌的原理、操作方法、疗效和存在问题作一综述 。 With the continuous improvement in technology and increasing clinical experiences,ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy(PMCT) is widely performed for hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver cancer.Some of the unique features of PMCT are as follows:efficacy,safety,economy simplicity and minimal invasiveness. Theory,operation procedure,curative effect,disadvantages and prospect of PMCT are reviewed in this paper.
