DNA甲基化测定法引物的网上设计 被引量：3

摘要 人类基因组计划完成之后,人类基因组外遗传计划正式启动.DNA甲基化是其中一个为人熟知的基因外遗传信号.研究发现,DNA甲基化与大多数肿瘤的发生有关.在肿瘤发生的早期已发现许多基因启动子的甲基化状态发生改变.因此,DNA甲基化测定有可能成为一个新的肿瘤分子标志物.因而,建立一种快速、准确的检测DNA甲基化的方法非常必要.
