输尿管电切镜在输尿管梗阻性疾病治疗中的应用

Treatment of ureteral obstruction with ureteroscopy: report of 24 cases

目的 探讨输尿管电切镜在输尿管梗阻性疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法 对 2 0 0 0年 11月至 2 0 0 2年 10月收治的 5例输尿管癌、2例原发性输尿管息肉、12例输尿管炎性息肉及 5例输尿管狭窄患者 ,采用R .Wolf输尿管电切镜治疗。术后输尿管内留置双J管引流 4～ 8周 ,输尿管癌患者术后配合膀胱灌注化疗。结果 所有患者术后均恢复正常 ,随访 3个月～ 2 .5年 ,无 1例复发。结论 输尿管电切镜治疗输尿管梗阻性疾病具有创伤小、恢复快等优点 ,是一项安全、有效的腔内新技术。

Objective To evaluate the value of ureteroscopy in treating ureteral obstuction. Methods From Nov.2000 to Oct.2002, five patients with ureteral neoplasms, fourteen patients with polyp and five patients with stricture were treated by ureteroscopy. After treatment, double J stent was inserted and kept in position for 4 to 8 weeks, and 5 patients suffered from ureteral neoplasms followed by intravesical instillation therapy. Results All the patients recovered without recurrence on follow-up for 3 months to 2.5 years. Conclusion Endoscopy has the advantages of being less traumatic and rapid recovery, and it is a safe and efficient method for the treatment of ureteral obstruction.
