Trial improvement of transurethral resection of prostate (report of 170 cases)

目的 优化经尿道前列腺切除术的操作方法。方法 在 170例次经尿道前列腺切除过程中 ,对某些习惯性操作进行尝试性改进。主要改进要点是 ,直视进镜、穿刺造瘘、强凝弱切、气化电切、不切“11～ 12～ 0 1”点。结果 优化操作 ,可放宽适应证、提高手术效率、减少术中出血、降低术后并发症。结论 优化操作值得推广。

Objective To study improvements of transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods In 170 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BHP), transurethral resection of the prostate was performed with trial improvements. The main improved techniques included ingressing the resectoscope by direct vision, the bladder fistulization of puncture, stronger electrocoagulation followed by weaker electrosection, electro-vaporization, and leaving the “11～12～01” prostate tissues in their places. Results The improved techniques could widen indications, increase efficiency, reduce bleeding and decrease complications. Conclusion The improved techniques for transurethral resection of the prostate should be used widely.
