摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中抗核小体抗体的发生与补体含量及SLE疾病活动的关系。方法用ELISA法检测抗核小体抗体及抗双链DNA(ds鄄DNA)抗体,用全自动特种蛋白仪检测免疫球蛋白及补体。根据抗核小体抗体的含量将46例患者分成抗核小体抗体阳性组(A组)和抗核小体抗体阴性组(B组),同时分别对这两组进行各实验指标分析。结果两组结果显示,A组中抗ds鄄DNA抗体、C3、C4、IgG、SLE积分与B组相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),而红细胞沉降率(ESR)、Hb、IgA、IgM两组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。抗核小体抗体含量与补体C3呈显著负相关(P<0.001),与补体C4呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与SLE积分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论抗核小体抗体在SLE的发生、发展及诊断中起着重要作用,有望成为标志SLE活动的新指标。
Objective To study the correlation between the antinucleosome antibody and the complement amount and the disease activity in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosis(SLE). Methods Antinucleosome antibody and the anti-ds-DNA antibody were evaluated in 46 SLE patients by ELISA. The concentrations of the immunoglobulin and the complement were measured using DADE Bering BNproSpec. The SLE patients was divided into two groups according to the antinucleosome antibody levels: the positive group (group A)and the negative group(group B). Results There was signi-ficant difference in the anti-ds-DNA antibody,C3,C4,IgG and systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index(SLEDAI) between group A and group B(P<0.05) without differences in ESR,Hb,IgA,IgM(P>05),The serum antinucleosome antibody level was correlated negatively with C3(P<0.001),C4(P<0.05) and positively with SLEDAI(P<0.05). Conclusions The antinucleosome antibody plays an important role in the onset, development and diagnosis of SLE, which is promising to indicate the activity of SLE.
