摘要
攀钢半钢罐粘结是高钛高炉渣、半钢罐热状态和包衬耐火材料共同作用的结果 ,其中高炉渣渣性短、渣冷凝后析出物质熔点高、渣铁渗入砖衬是粘渣的主要原因 ,研究表明 :优化半钢罐热周转制度 ,采用在线喷涂防粘涂料能够有效解决半钢罐的粘渣。
This article recovers that accumulation of the mixture of molten slag and semi-steel against the semi-steel vessel at Pan' steel results from high viscosity of high Titanium blast furnace slag(high Ti-BFS),deficiency of heat source and the erosion of the linning.The self character of the high Ti-BFS which has relatively narrow fused range and is easy to crystalize the high melting point materials during cooling is main factor to make the slag mixture freezing.Besides,the slag and molten semi-steel mixture penetrating the lining interspaces is not ignorable.The results show that through optimizing the vessel cycling schedule and taking the spraying online process are the effective measures to prevent the slag accumulation from sticking.
