P53、VEGF和VEGF-C在胰腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨胰腺癌组织中P5 3蛋白、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及血管内皮生长因子C (VEGF C)的表达及其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法 采用SP免疫组织化学方法 ,对 4 6例胰腺癌组织中P5 3蛋白、VEGF及VEGF C的表达进行检测。结果 P5 3、VEGF与VEGF C阳性表达率分别为 5 8 7%、 6 5 2 %和 4 3 5 %。P5 3表达与胰腺癌远处转移显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤大小 ,病理学分级及淋巴结转移无关 ,VEGF表达与胰腺癌淋巴结转移 (P <0 0 5 )和远处转移 (P <0 0 1)显著相关 ,而与肿瘤大小 ,病理学分级无关 ,P5 3表达与VEGF表达呈明显正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。VEGF C表达与胰腺癌淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤大小 ,病理学分级及远处转移无关。结论 在胰腺癌中 ,VEGF与P5 3表达呈正相关 ,在胰腺癌的淋巴结转移和远处转移中起重要作用。VEGF C表达与胰腺癌淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,在胰腺癌的淋巴结转移中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of P53 protein, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) in pancreatic cancer and their association with the clinicopathologic characters. Methods The expression of P53, VEGF and VEGF-C in 46 pancreatic cancer tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results he expression rate of P53, VEGF and VEGF-C was 58.7 %, 65.2 % and 43.5 %. The expression of P53 was associated with distant metastasis (P<0.05), but not with the size of tumor, pathological grade and lymph node metastasis. The expression of VEGF was associated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) and distant metastasis (P<0.01), but not with the size of tumor and pathological grade. The positive correlation was noted between the VEGF expression and P53 expression (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF-C was associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but not with the size of tumor, pathological grade and distant metastasis . Conclusion VEGF expression is associated significantly with the expression of P53, and plays an important role in lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of pancreatic cancer. VEGF-C expression in pancreatic cancer is correlated positively with lymph node metastasis and plays an important role in lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
