盆腔血管结扎术在剖宫产术中大出血的应用

Application of Pelvic Vessel Ligation in Major Hemorrhage during Cesarean Section

目的 探讨盆腔血管结扎法在剖宫产术中大出血的应用价值。方法 对 6 8例剖宫产术中大出血行盆腔血管结扎法止血的病例进行回顾性分析。结果 6 8例中 5 5例 (80 9% )行子宫动脉结扎后达止血目的 ,13例(19 1% )行子宫动脉结扎加卵巢动脉结扎获止血效果 ,总成功率为 10 0 %。结论 该方法具有手术操作简便、止血效果确切及并发症少的优点 ,对剖宫产术中大出血是安全有效的止血措施。

Objective To evaluate the practical value of pelvic vessel ligation in major hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 68 patients undergoing the pelvic vessel ligation. Results Uterine vessel ligation was successful in 55 cases (80.9 %) and 13 cases (19.1 %) were subjected to uterine vessel ligation in combination with ovarian vessel ligation. The overall effective rate was 100 %. Conclusion Pelvic vessel ligation is simple, safe and effective for major hemorrhage during cesarean section.
