周氏剖宫产术120例临床分析

Analysis of clinical results of Zhou's caesarean Section on 120 lying-in women.

目的 探讨周氏剖宫产术的临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析接受周氏剖宫产术与传统剖宫产术患者各 12 0例的临床资料 ,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术开始至胎儿娩出时间、术后恢复情况等。 结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血、手术开始至胎儿娩出时间、术后肠功能恢复时间、平均住院天数均短于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,切口愈合率两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 周氏剖宫产术具有损伤小、手术时间短、出血少、术后恢复好、切口美观、住院时间及医疗费用减少等优点 。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Zhou's Caesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of 120 cases underwent Zhou's Caesarean Section and another 120 cases underwent traditional caesarean section was carried out and the results were compared. Results The operation time used, amount of blood lost, the duration from the start of operation to the birth of the baby, the rehabilitation after operation and the average days of hospitalization were shorter in Zhou's Caesarean Section group than in the traditional caesarean section group(P<0.01). While no significant differences were observed in the healing of the incision in the two groups. Conclusion Zhou's Caesarean Section has advantages of short operating time, less blood loss, fast recovery, Short duration of hospitalization, etc.and worth of popularization.
