娱乐场所推广使用安全套预防性病的效果分析

Analysis of results in popularization the use of condoms in entertainment places for prevention of STD.

目的 评价在娱乐场所中推广使用安全套 ,预防性病的效果。 方法 采取行政干预手段 ,在娱乐场所中强制放置安全套 ,并通过健康教育工作者开展活动 ,在服务小姐中传授使用安全套方法 ,通过宣传预防性病艾滋病知识 ,促使她们性行为中使用安全套。 结果 开展工作 1年以后 ,每次性行为都使用安全套的比例从干预前的 8 40 %上升到干预后的 2 3 5 7%。淋病的发病率由干预前的 3 5 7%下降到 2 5 5 % ;衣原体的发病率由 11 0 3 %下降到 6 63 % ;梅毒的发病率由 7 5 8%下降到 4 3 5 %。

Objective To evaluate the results in popularization of use of condoms in public entertainment places for prevention of sexually transmitted diseases(STD). Methods Measures of administrative intervention, health education and forced use of condoms in entertainment places, propaganda of knowledge concerning sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS were carried out and ways of using condoms were offered to sexual service workers. Results One year after the intervention the proportion of using condoms in each sexual activities was increased from 8.40% to 23.57% and the incidence of gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis reduced from 3.57%, 11.03% and 7.58% to 2.55%, 6.63% and 4.35%, respectively. Conclusion It is practicable to popularize the use of condoms for prevention of STD and AIDS in entertainment places.
