乳房X线摄影术诊断乳腺癌准确性的Meta分析

Meta analysis of the accuracy of mammography for diagnosis of breast cancer.

目的 评价乳腺X线摄影术鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的准确性。 方法 利用Meta分析综合 1995～ 2 0 0 3年关于利用乳腺X线诊断乳腺肿瘤的文献。计算合并似然比 (OR) ,并绘制SROC曲线直观评价其准确性。 结果 共检索到文献 16篇 ,样本量 183 4例。合并后的敏感度、特异度及OR值分别为 81 74%、80 12 %和 13 92 ,SROC曲线下面积为 0 83。 结论 乳腺X线摄影术在乳腺癌的诊断上有较好的正确性 。

Objective To assess the accuracy of mammography in diagnosing breast neoplasms. Methods Literature Concerning breast cancer diagnosed by MG from 1995 to 2003 was synthetically analyzed through Meta Analysis. For the sake of assessing the accuracy intuitionally, the pooled OR was calculated and the summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve was drawn. Results 16 articles includiting 1834 samples entered this Meta-analysis. The pooled sensitivity, pooled specificity and the pooled OR were 81.74%、80.12% and 13.92, respectively. The area under the SROC curve was 0.83. Conclusions The result showed that mammography was more accuracte on dagnosis of breast cancer and advantageous in diagnosis of positive.
