D-核糖对激素诱发大鼠心肌缺血和心律失常保护作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察D -核糖对一些激素诱发急性心肌缺血和心律失常的保护作用。 方法 从大鼠尾静脉注射D -核糖后分别给以抗利尿激素和肾上腺素 ,观察心电图T波幅度变化的时间、心电图心律失常开始时间和心跳停止时间。 结果 D -核糖能明显削弱抗利尿激素对T波的影响和延缓肾上腺素诱发心律失常的时间。 结论 D Objective To study the protective effects of D-ribose on acute myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia cordis caused by antidiuretic hormone and adrenaline in rats. Method To inject proper concentrations of D-ribose into the rats through their tail vein, separately give antidiuretic hormone and adrenaline, observe the changes in T waves on the electrocardiogram, and then study the beginning time of cardiac dysfunction and the terminal time of heartbeats. Results D-ribose could reduce the changes in T waves caused by antidiuvetic hormone. D-ribose could retard the starting time and prolong the life of the rats caused by adrenaline. Conclusion D-ribose has a protective role on acute myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia cordis induced by antidiuretic hormone and adrenaline in rats.
