阿昔洛韦治疗女性复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effectiveness of aciclovir for treatment of recurrent female genital herpes patients.

目的 了解阿昔洛韦片剂低剂量连续疗法对控制女性生殖器疱疹复发的疗效。 方法 选取年龄、病程、病情等无显著差异的门诊患者 42例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 2 8例口服阿昔洛韦 0 2g ,5次 /d ,连服 6个月后 ;对组 14例口服阿昔洛韦 2g ,5次 /d ,连服 1周 ,随访 6个月观察疗效。 结果 观察 6个月后 ,治疗组复发率为2 8 5 7% ,对照组复发率为 10 0 % ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。

Objective To observe the efficacy of oral low dose and long course for treatment of recurrent genital herpes patients with aciclovir. Methods Forty-two outpatients without significant differences in age, history disease, severity of disease,etc. were chosen and divided into two group, treatment group consisted of 42 patients and orally given aciclovir 0.2g, 5 times per day for 6 months; control group consisted of 14 patients orally given aciclovir 2 g, 5 times per day for one week, the patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months. Results Significant differences were observed in the two groups and the recurrent rate in the treatment group was 28.57% and 100% in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Oral aciclovir with the low dose is very effective for control of recurrence of genital hepes.
