摘要
目的 对一起爆发感染进行病原分离鉴定 ,以明确感染的病原 ,并做抗生素药物敏感性分析。 方法 对采集的标本进行细菌培养、分离、鉴定 ,然后选用 42种抗生素采用K—B纸片法对检出的病原菌进行药敏试验。 结果 从 3 3 9份标本中检出 3 0株非结核分枝杆菌 ,包括医院自己检出的 2 3株共 5 3株 ,经鉴定均为龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种。 5 3株龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种对AMK、KM、ATM、ISM、NETM、GM全部敏感 ,对CXT、IPM、ETM、TOB部分敏感 ,其余全部耐药。 结论 本起院内爆发感染的病原菌为龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种 。
Objective To make the etiologic study on the identification of pathogen of the postoperative infection outbroken in a hospital of Shenzhen and analyze the susceptibility of clinical bacterial strains. Methods The strains were isolated and identified according to the Laboratory Science Procedure of Diagnostic Bacteriology in Tuberculosis publicated by Chinese Antituberculosis Association and Bergey's Manual of determinative Bacteriology. Results A total of 30 strains of nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) were isolated from 339 clinical samples and 23 strains from the hospital. All the strains were identified as M. chelonae subsp. The 53 strains were sensitive to AMK, KM, ATM, ISM, NETM and GM. The susceptibility to CXT, IPM, ETM and TOB was variable among the strains. Conclusion The postoperative infection was caused by M. chelonae abscessus and the results of the antimicrobial susceptibility could be used for a guidance for selection of medicine.
