芦荟浓缩液治疗放疗性皮肤急性损伤的临床观察

Clinical observation on the effectiveness of aloe extract on patients with acute radioactive skin injury.

目的 观察芦荟浓缩液治疗放疗性皮肤急性损伤的临床效果。 方法 2 2 4例放疗性皮肤急性损伤患者随机平均分为 2组 ,治疗组采用芦荟浓缩液涂擦患处 ,对照组采用氟哌酸涂擦患处 ,比较两组的治愈率。 结果 治疗组治愈率为 94 6% ,对照组治愈率为 75 9% ,两组治愈率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 芦荟浓缩液治疗皮肤急性放射损伤疗程短 ,应用过程中患者感觉清凉舒适 ,容易接受 。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of aloe extract on cases with radioactive skin injuries (June 2000～December 2003). Methods The 224 patients with radioactive skin injuries were divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group each consisted of 112 patients. Patients in the experimental group were treated by applying aloe extract on the injured skin and norfloxacin was applied on the injured skin patients in the control group, the results were compared. Results The cure rate in the experimental group was 94.6%, showing a significant difference (χ 2=15.67,P<0.05) as compared with that of the control group which with a cure rate of 75.9%. Conclusion Aloe extract is worthy of popularization for clinical treatment of patients with radioactive skin injury as it is readily accepted by the patients and the course is short.
