摘要
“异常潮位”是指潮位大大高于当时正常潮位,潮汐时间没有明显提前规律的一种突发性潮汐现象。它出现的时间短、范围小,没有明显的规律性,故常给沿海人民的生命财产造成极为严重的损失。发生于江苏中部沿海的大多数异常潮位系由晚秋冷锋系统过境,叠加小范围的较为强烈的天气系统,引起局部风暴,加上局部地域条件的影响形成的。
Non - normal tide is a tidal phenomenon that occurs suddenly,lasts shortly, covers small area with much higher tidal level and gives little advanced warning. Most non-normal tides appeare in the middle of Jiangsu coast in late autumn, under the force of a storm which arises from the coincidence in which a passing-by cold front exerts its strength on a local,small but intensive weather system. The mechanism of non - normal tide is illustrated with a case occurring in November 1990 at the coast of Dafeng County of the province.
