摘要目的 :评价新型胆固醇吸收抑制剂依泽替米贝及其与他汀类联合应用的临床疗效。方法 :采用近期国内外文献进行综述、评价。结果与结论 :依泽替米贝是一个新型的胆固醇吸收抑制剂 ,具有优良的药理活性和安全性 ,是调血脂领域中药理作用比较新颖的一类 ,具有广泛的市场前景 ,目前尚未在我国上市。 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate clinical efficiency of the new cholesterol absorption inhibitor ezetimibe combined with statins. METHODS:By reviewing the recent literatures at home and abroad. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: ezetimibe is a new cholesterol absorption inhibitor, possessing good pharmacological activity and safety. It is an original kind of adjusting blood fat drug with wide market prospect ,but up to now ezetimibe has not been sold on the market in our country.
