摘要
研究了基于灵敏度性能的Stewart平台型六维指尖力传感器结构参数的设计方法。分析Stewart型指尖力传感器的力与应变关系,并定义其灵敏度评价指标,给出传感器结构尺寸对其灵敏度评价指标的影响曲线,这对实现合理设计Stewart平台型指尖力传感器的结构很有意义。
Considering the effects on its sensitivity, the design method of a fingertip's six-component force transducer based on the Stewart platform is discussed in detail . The relationships between the applied force and the strain of the force transducers are analyzed and the sensitivity evaluation criteria of the transducers are defined. The effects of the design parameters on the sensitivity evaluation criteria of the transducers are investigated, which is very important for the optimal construction design of the fingertip's six-component force transducers based on the Stewart platform.
