摘要
信号处理算法的不确定度研究是一个崭新的课题,快速傅里叶变换是一种基本的数字信号处理工具。通过分析基2快速傅里叶变换原理,分析了快速傅里叶变换的不确定度来源。以理论分析和数学推导方式研究了各主要不确定度分量,因此具有数学上的严格性。其中,将相关的栅栏效应和加窗截断引入的不确定度分量综合考虑,避开了分量之间的相关性。
In recent years, researches in the uncertainty of signal processing have been a new investigate project, and the fast Fourier transfer (FFT) is in common used as a fundamental method of digital data processing. According to the principle of base 2 FFT, the uncertainty of every influence factor is evaluated reasonably. Theoretic reasoning and mathematic deducing makes the gained result strictly. The components of uncertainty resulted from the barrier affect and the window affect are analyzed comprehensively to turn away the relativities between them.
