恶性胶质瘤术后早期放射治疗疗效观察

The Effect of Early Radiotherapy of Postoperative Malignant Glioma

目的 对恶性胶质瘤手术后早期放射治疗的效果观察。方法 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年间收治的 2 5例恶性胶质瘤病人行手术切除后 6～ 8天开始进行的局部的放射治疗 ,放射剂量为 4 0～ 6 0Gy。每 3个月复查颅脑MRI或强化CT。 结果 3个月 ,6个月 ,9个月复查均未发现有复发的影像学改变 ;2 4个月复发 5例 ,占 2 0 % ,3年无病生存率占 80 %。

Objective To study the effect of early radiotherapy of postoperative malignant glioma.Methods From 2001 to 2003,25 patients with malignant glioma entered the study.The patients received local-regional radiotherapy with the total dose of 40～60Gy.The treatment was started from 6～8 days after operation.All patients were followed up with cranial CT or MRI every 3 months.Results No recurrence was observed in 3,6 and 9 months.Five patients(20%) were found to have recurring disease at the time of 24 months after operation.3-year disease-free survival(DFS) rate was 80%.Conclusions Early postoperative radiotherapy may improve the survival time of the patients with malignant glioma.
