Enterprises worldwide are facing increasingly uncertain business climates in this era of fast changes. The central government's recent macroeconomic adjustment policies have produced such uncertainties that many Chinese enterprises have to accommodate. Facing such climate changes, a wise and rational entrepreneur would actively seek counter measures instead of passively waiting for the 'weather' to change for the better or doing nothing except complaining. The only thing that matters is to beat the economic cycles by planning ahead and stick to the implementation of the company's long-term development strategy.
