健康教育对老年高血压病人的影响

目的探讨健康教育对老年高血压病人的影响。方法2002年8月～2003年8月对64例老年高血压病病人在给予药物治疗的同时,从疾病知识、生活方式、心理状态、社会功能等各方面给予健康指导。结果健康教育前后按时服药及建立健康生活方式比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;高血压治疗有效率为93.8%。结论对老年高血压病病人在药物治疗的同时进行有效的健康教育是控制高血压病切实有效的措施。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the elder hypertension patients. Methods From August 2002 to August 2003,64 patients who were treated with medicine received health education including disease knowledge, life mode, mental status and social ability. Results There were significant difference before and after health education in the rates of taking medicine on time and establishing healthy life mode (P < 0.01). The effective rate of treatment is 93.8%. Conclusion It is an effective method to give elder hypertension patients health education while they receive medicine treatment.
