静脉输氧治疗Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭的疗效观察及护理

Effect observation and nursing of vein oxygen therapy on type I respiratory failure

目的观察静脉输氧治疗Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭的疗效及总结护理要点。方法应用静脉输氧治疗25例Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者,并分别于30min、60min、120min监测患者的动脉血氧分压。结果胸闷、气促、疲劳感、呼吸困难、四肢末端紫绀等症状缓解,呼吸频率、心率等均恢复正常;低落的动脉血氧分压逐渐回升。结论静脉输氧可以明显改善Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者的缺氧,提高Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭的救治成功率。

Objective To observe the effects of vein oxygen therapy in type I respiratory failure and nursing points. Methods Twenty-five patients with type I respiratory failure were treated with vein oxygen therapy. PaO2 was monitored after 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes. Results The symptoms including chest pain, short breath, fatigue, dyspnea and cyanosis were relieved. Heart rate and respiratory rate decreased to normal level, and PaO2 increased. Conclusions Vein oxygen therapy can ameli-orate anoxia and improve the success rate of salvage in type I respiratory failure.
