异丙醇复合物洗手液对手消毒的效果监测

目的了解异丙醇复合物(健之素)手消毒剂对传染病院医护人员手消毒的效果。方法对40例接触传染病患者后的医护人员的手在应用健之素消毒剂消毒前、后进行监测。结果消毒后菌落数11.70±10.83cfu/cm2明显少于消毒前菌落数129.35±89.03cfu/cm2,P<0.01,除菌率为90.95%,达到卫生部传染科医护人员手细菌菌落总数标准。结论健之素手消毒剂对手消毒效果好,是一种有效而简便的消毒剂。

Objective To investigate the effect of isopropyl alcohol complex hand wash liquid on disinfection of hands of medical staff in infectious diseases hospitals. Method We monitored the hands of 40 medical staff who contacted with infectious patients before and after using isopropyl alcohol complex to disinfect their hands. Results The colony counting after disinfection was obviously less than that before disinfection (11.70±10.8 cfu/cm2 vs 129.35±89.03 cfu/cm2, P < 0.01). The rate of killing bacteria reached 90.95%. Conclusion The isopropyl alcohol complex hand wash liquid is effective to sanitize hands, and it is an efficient and convenient disinfector.
