摘要
目的了解心理健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮患者的影响。方法对50例SLE患者采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评估,并根据患者心理状况,采取针对性的心理健康教育。结果心理健康教育前后患者SAS、SDS比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;患者出院3个月后并发症发生率减少。结论心理健康教育能有效地改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少并发症发生率,促进疾病的康复,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of psychological health education on the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Fifty patients with SLE were evaluated by SAS and SDS to estimate the anxiety and depression status. After evaluation, pertinent mental care were applied to SLE patients. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly different before and after mental care intervention (P < 0.05) and the occurrence rate of complications decreased. Conclusion Mental health education can improve the status of anxiety and depression of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications and promote their quality of life.
