佛山市城区入学儿童恒牙龋病及充填情况调查表

Investigations of the State of Decayed Permanent Tooth and Filled Tooth in School Children in Chancheng District of Foshan City

目的 了解入学儿童恒牙龋病及充填的情况。方法 采用《全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》龋病诊断标准 ,对佛山市禅城区 9年入学儿童恒牙的龋病患病与充填的情况进行了普查。结果 佛山市入学儿童恒牙龋病龋患率为 5 .98% ;同期龋均在 0 .0 5～ 0 .1 1之间 ,总龋均为 0 .0 8;女生龋患率明显高于男生 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;早晚刷牙者龋患率明显低于每天不刷牙或仅刷 1次牙者 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论加强口腔卫生知识宣教及生活行为干预是防治入学儿童龋病的重要途径。

Objective To observe the state of decayed permanent tooth and filled tooth in school children (1994～2002) in Chancheng district of Foshan city. Methods Based on Diagnosis Standard of National Investigating Scheme for Oral Health Epidemiology, the school children's decayed permanent teeth and filled tooth were observed. Results The total incidence of decayed permanent tooth was 5.98%. The decayed teeth per child were 0.05～0.11, the average was 0.08. The incidence of decayed tooth in girls was higher than in boys. The incidence of children who brush teeth in the morning and evening was lower than children who didn't brush or once a day. Conclusions It was an important to strengthen the education of the knowledge of oral hygiene for preventing decayed teeth on school children.
