湿润烧伤膏与碘伏治疗面颈部烧伤的疗效观察

Comparison of Efficacy Between Moist Expose Burn Ointment and 0.25% Iodophor in Treating Burn of Face and Neck Region

目的 比较湿润烧伤膏和碘伏治疗面颈部烧伤的疗效。方法 选择 60例面颈部烧伤患者 30例采用湿润烧伤膏治疗 (治疗组 ) ,30例采用碘伏治疗 (对照组 ) ,观察两组疗效。结果 治疗组疼痛发生率、瘢痕发生率、手术例数和创面愈合时间明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗面颈部烧伤疗效优于碘伏。

Objective To compare the efficacy of 'Moist Expose Burn Ointment (MEBO)' and '0.25% iodophor' in treating burn of face and neck region. Methods 60 cases with burn of face and neck region were divided into 2 groups randomly (30 cases in each group). The patients were treated respectively with moist burn ointment and 0.25% iodophor. Result The incidence of pain and scar, time of heal up and the number of cases received surgical operation in moist burn ointment group were significantly lower than that in iodophor group. Conclusions Moist ointment is superior to 0.25% iodophor in treating burn of face and neck region.
