摘要
在采用传统的设计方法分析合成金刚石模具的基础上,通过有限元方法对模具在内压与预紧联合作用下的应力进行了研究,给出了模具承受6000MPa内压时压缸的外径变形和外层各预紧环在单位内外压作用下的变形量,以及内压与预紧联合作用(合成状态)时各筒体内的应力值等.
On the basis of theoretic analysis about the mould used in polycrystalline diamond composite producing , the FEM is used to analyse the stresses in the mould in the state of the united effect of working pressure and prepressure. Displacements of the exterior diameter under 6 000 MPa are given, and displacements of each layer under a unit pressure are also given. The stresses in the state of the united effect of working pressure and prepressure are calculated.
