摘要
目的研究电磁脉冲(EMP)辐照动物后听性脑干反应(ABR)阈值变化。方法2级雄性昆明小鼠35只,随机分为EMP组30只,于辐照前3天和辐照后6小时、1天、3天、7天、14天及28天测定ABR阈值;假照射正常对照组5只,于上述时间同时测定ABR阈值。结果EMP辐照后,随时间的增加出现听力下降的动物耳数有上升趋势。辐照后6小时至3天有10-30%的动物耳开始出现听力下降,14天和28天则分别为50%和接近60%,其中28天时有显著性差别(P<0郾05);EMP组ABR阈值于辐照后6小时至28天持续高于对照组和照前,尤其28天有显著性差别(P<0郾01)。结论本实验条件下的上述结果表明,听性脑干反应阈值对于EMP具有一定的敏感性。
Objective To observe the changes of auditory brain-stem response’s (ABR) threshold in mice after being irradiated by electromagnetic pulse(EMP).Methods 35 male Kunming mice were divided into one control group and six irradiated groups, then the irradiated mice were tested for ABR to observe the changes of ABR’s threshold at 6h and 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 day separately.Results ABR’s thresholds were ingravescently raised and the number of ears with audition descent increased obviously in EMP groups 6h after irradiation.The degree of above mentioned changes were most apparent at 28 day after irradiation (P<0.01).Conclusion Exposure to EMP can lead to an increase of ABR thresholds.It is possible that the EMP can induce injury to the auditory system.
