摘要
采用分级预热法,对含C量高的及工作条件苛刻的Cr12MoV挤压辊进行了补焊修复。分析了Cr12MoV钢的焊接性,介绍了补焊工艺。
The weldability of Cr12MoV steel is analyzed, the repair welding is carried out for extruding rollers made from Cr12MoV steel. The procedure includes gradually preheating for high carbon content and harshly working condition rollers. The procedure details arc introduced in the paper.
