摘要
叙述了大容量电站锅炉蛇形管对接接头的MIG焊新工艺基本特点,详细地介绍了直管对接MIG焊专用晶体管脉冲电源的优点。分析了小口径管起弧端产生未焊透的原因及消除方法,系统地试验了初始电流,初始电流维持时间,热起弧电流对超弧稳定性的影响,确定了最佳起弧工艺规范参数。完成了碳钢、低合金耐热钢、高铬钢和铬镍不锈钢厚壁管MIG焊工艺试验和接头性能试验。采用MIG焊新工艺接头的合格率高达98%。
The MIG welding feature for coiled tube butt joints of high capasity power station is introduced,the transistor pulse power source discussed, and occurrence and clearance for lack of penetration at arc starting point indicated. The good quality MIG welding procedures are developed and proved from mechanical propertytests to butt joints of thick wall tubes made from carbon steel, low alloy heat resitance steel, high chromium steel and Ni-Cr stainless steel. The acceptable rate for the joints reaches up to 98% as adopting new developed MIG welding process.
