运动、感觉神经传导速度在诊断早期糖尿病性周围神经病中的价值

Value of MCV and SCV in Diagnosis of Early Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

检测30例糖尿病患者四肢周围神经的运动和感觉传导速度,发现糖尿病性周围神经病变22例(占70.33％)。并对神经传导速度与年龄、病程、空腹血糖之间的相互关系进行了分析,提示MCV、SCV与早期糖尿病性周围神经病有密切相关性。

MCV and SCV of the peripheral newes in the extremities were measured in 30 diabetics, 22 (70. 33%) of whom were found with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The relationship between the velocity of nerve conduction and age, coure of disease as well as fasting blood - glucose was studied. The results suggest that it is important to measure MCV and SCV in the diagnosis of early diabetic neuropathy.
