摘要 本文分析了提高潜艇重要构件疲劳寿命的各种工艺措施 ,重点论述了提高潜艇构件疲劳寿命的新工艺措施——超声冲击技术。论述了超声冲击技术的机理 ,实现该项技术所必须研制的装置以及实施该项技术所必须解决的技术难点。在渤海造船厂和武昌造船厂两个不同型号潜艇重要结构部位中的使用表明 。 Different technology measures for improving fatigue life of submarine's important structures are analyzed and discussed in this paper. It places emphasis on discussing a new technology measure——Ultrasonic Impact Treatment for improving fatigue life of submarine's structure. The principle of the new technology measure and the instruments needed by the new technology measure are discussed in detaily and the key technical difficulties to be solved in order to make use of the new technology measure are pointed out. It has showed that the new technology measure is very effective in improving fatigue life of submarine's important structures after the measure was practically used in the two different types of submarine's important structure in Bohai Shipyard and Wuchang Shipyard.
