摘要
于1991年,以栉孔扇贝幼虫为材料,用1000ml烧杯模拟育菌现场条件,进行光合细菌作为饵料添加剂的试验。分析表明,光合细菌(Rps.sp.)中含粗蛋白62.3%;18种氨基酸的总量为51.24%;维生素B_1,B_2,B_(12)含量分别为0.01065%,0.009388%,0.00264%;脂类和其他生理活性物质。生长试验结果表明,在开始的12d,在补充Rps sp,50 mg/L和100mg/L时,幼虫平均增长率分别为6.6和5.9μm/d,对照组为4.8μm/d;加Rps.sp的幼虫,提早出眼点1—2d;发育成稚贝数比对照组增加432—620%。
In 1991 an experiment was conducted using Rhodopseudomonas sp. as additive feed of spats. The protein and amino acid contents were 62.3% and 51.24% of the dry weight of the cell respectively The vitamin B1, B2 and B12 contents of this strain were 0.010 65%, 0.009 388% and 0.002 64% respectively. It also contains other 'physiologic activators'. Themain results were as follows.1. The hatched larvae cultured in seawater supplemented with additive feed grew faster than the controls. During the first twelve days, the controls had a daily mean increament of 4.8 μm while that of spats given feed additives of 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L Rps. sp. were 6.6 μm and 5.9 μm respectively.2. The eye-spots of the spats reared on those additive feeds came out one or two days earlier than those of the controls.3. Comparing the test group with the cootrol group, the production amount of spats developing to scallops was different. The former was 4.3-6.2 time that of the latter.According to the above results, Rps. sp. as an additive feed of spats may play an important role in promoting spats growth and development and reducing mortality.
