The Management of Beijing's Floating Population: Achievement, Questions and Measures

本文在占有较为翔实的实证资料基础上，概括了全国流动人口管理工作会议以来北京市流动人口管理工作的基本成绩，分析了存在的问题，并提出了改革和改进这项工作的思路和对策。

Based on a collection of full and accurate material, this paper presents a summary of the basic achievement the management of Beijing's floating population has made after the nationwide meetings in this regard, and makes an analysis of the existing problems. In addition, some measures of reforming and improving this cause are suggested.
