摘要
New characteristics and new problems appeared in the development of national culture under the shock of globalization. Some important problems deserve serious researches. The first is to preserve the culture, namely, to solve the problem of cultural sovereignty and some other problems concerned, such as cultural strategy and cultural industry. The second is to inherit the culture, which requires active participation in international communication of culture and new adjustment and transformation in epistemology and methodology. The third is culture accumulation, including inner-cultural accumulation and intercultural accumulation. The fourth is cultural construction, which importantly is to highlight cultural transcendency and innovation. Cultural self?consciousness needs to be strengthened; cultural psychological state needs to be adjusted and cultural adjustment and transformation need to be enhanced, with the purpose of guiding national culture towards healthy development.
