摘要
Q235钢或16Mn钢板制作的空心球(加肋板空心球和不加肋板空心球)采用CO_2焊,焊丝为H08Mn2Si,φ1.2mm,焊接操作简便,比手弧焊提高工效2倍,降低成本30％。
The hollow balls are fabricated from Q235 steel or 16Mn steel (with and without inside ribs) welded with CO_2 welding using H08Mn2Si,diameter 1 .2mm wire electrode. Operation is rather simple; the efficency is two times higher than that of manual are welding and the cost is deereased down to 30%.
