介绍了引进的12头MPM焊机。该焊机采用脉冲MAG焊工艺,12把焊枪上下同时对管屏(光管+扁钢)进行焊接,管屏一次焊成。对该机的设备、焊枪及焊接程序、焊接电源特点、焊接参数调整及管屏焊接工艺措施等作了介绍。
The MPM welding machine imported from abroad is powered with pulse source for its MAG welding process, 12 torches provided by the machine is simultaneously used to weld water wall which consists of tubes and strips. The procedure parameters, the equipment characteristics and measures to be taken are introduced in the paper.
