摘要
介绍了一种以组合式红外传感器实现的微机焊缝自动跟踪系统。该系统不仅对电弧光与周围环境光有抗干扰的功能,而且对工件的表面状态有较大适应性。由于利用了微机智能化特点,而使这一系统对异常干扰、定位焊道和错边有一定的判断、识别能力。
A composite infrared seam tracking system controlled with MC is introduced in the paper. The system not only possesses a strong anti-interference both to arc light and to surrounding light, but suitability to seam surface condition. Because of using intelligent feature of MC, the system will judge and distinguish abnormal interference; pass location and misaligment etc in certain degree.
