摘要
针对大型矿用挖掘机构件在严寒地区的使用要求,进行了材料选择和药芯焊丝CO_2焊接工艺试验,制定了挖掘机动臂焊接修复方案,并成功地进行了焊接修复。
The experiment is carried out for flux cored CO_2 arc welding. The mechanical properties of different specimens welded with different processes are compared. The scheme to repair the moving arm of heavy mining excavator is drawn up and applied to repair process successfully.
