摘要
本文研究了国外奥运会应用 ITS 技术的经验和教训。针对在北京奥运交通系统中应用 ITS 问题,研究了奥运 ITS 的基础条件和建设机制,相应的确定了总体体系结构以及需要新建的系统,研究了交通综合信息平台、紧急事件管理和交通诱导等重点领域的 ITS 关键技术。
Experiences and lessons of Intelligent Transportation Systems’s application in former Olympic Games are studied in this paper. Aiming at the question of applying ITS in Beijing Olympic transportation system, the basic condition and mechanism to build Beijing Olympic ITS are studied, and the corresponding total architecture and systems that need to be built are confirmed. Key technologies for important fields such as transportation information platform, emergency management and vehicle navigation are also studied.
