摘要
以可控硅逆变焊机为研究对象,在控制系统上采用全集成控制,通过理论分析与试验结果论述了触发脉冲产生过程,空载电压的建立,实现了直流脉冲焊的控制.
In this paper, the inverter SCR welder is taken as the research object. Complete IC control is used in the control system. Based upou theory analysis and results of test, producing of the trigger pulse and estabishing of open circuit voltage are expounded. The control of DC pulse welding is realized.
