Optimizations in Supply Chains of Transportation Services Provided by Different Enterprises and the Integrated VMI Model

建立了实施VMI模式前零售商承担运输业务、供应商承担运输业务和实施VMI模式后的数学模型,通过这三种模式的两两对比,分析了供应商、零售商和供应链系统的利润和成本变化规律,论证了实施VMI模式所带来的供应链整体经济效果的改善,得到许多有用结论,具有广泛的用途。

This paper puts forward three mathematical models in supply chains before and after building VMI, which are different in providing transportation services or integrated VMI. Many principles about the returns and costs of supply enterprise, retail enterprise and supply chain system are given by comparing between any two models. The law of taking advantage of VMI model can change the efficiency of supply chain. A lot of useful conclusions are made through detailed analysis.
