摘要
本文研究了Zn^(2+)-SCN^--MG-Triton X-100-PVA体系的FIA-光度测定微量锌的方法.该法操作简便,快速可靠.进样频率30样/h,RSD<1%.成功地用于测定某些粮品中的微量锌。
The FIA spectrophotometric determination of micro amounts of zinc with zinc-sulfocyanate-MG-Triton X-100-PVA system was studied. The present method has the advantages of convenience, rapidity and reliability. The frequency is 30 samples per hour, the relative standard deviation is less than 1%. This method has been applied successfully to determine micro amounts of zinc in some rice samples from diferent areas.
