新有机试剂4,4′-Bi-TAN的合成及分析性能研究

摘要 本文报导了新试剂1,1′-[2,2′-(-4,4′-双噻唑基)-双偶氮-)-2,2′-二萘酚(简称4,4′-bi-TAN)的合成、提纯及结构的确定,测定了该试剂的pK_a值,研究了该试剂与金属离子的点滴试验,在pH 4—10时,该试剂与某些金属形成稳定的螯合物,并且具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性. A new reagent, 1, 1'-(2,2'-(4,4'-bithiazolyl-)-diazo-)-2,2'-dinapthel, (4,4-bi-TAN), was synthesized in this paper. Its structure was tested by PNMR, 13C-NMR and elemental analyses. The acidity constants of the reagent and its reactions with various of the reagent and its reactions with various metal ions are reported. This reagent can form some metal chelates in agueous solution at pH 4 to 10, and it not only very sensitive, but also very selective for some ions.
