摘要 本文报道二甲亚砜(DMSO)浸种影响大麦“早熟3号”种子的萌发以及浸种后种子的渗漏和呼吸强度等的变化.结果表明:在24℃条件下浸种,0.1%和5%的DMSO明显促进种子的萌发,5%DMSO浸种的促进作用尤为明显.然而这种影响效应在28℃条件下浸种则完全相反,对种子萌发有抑制作用,表现明显的温度效应. In this paper, we have studied the effects of DMSO-pretreatment on the germination, leakage and respiratory of barley seeds. The experimental results are as follows:[1] Seed-soaking with DMSO in 24℃ could obviously enhance the germination of barley seeds, and the optimum concentration of DMSO for enhancing germination was 5%. [2] Seed-soaking with 5%DMSO also remarkably increased the leakage and respiratory intensity of barley seeds. It suggested that the enhancing effect of 5%DMSO for the germination of barley seeds was related to the increase of their permeability and respiratory intensity enhanced by 5% DMSO. [3] It is found that the pretreatment effect of DMSO in 28℃ on the germination of barley seeds was quite different from that of DMSO in 24℃.
