摘要
在氧大大过量的条件下,考察了甲苯、丙酮在Pt/NM催化剂上深度氧化反应的宏观动力学.结果表明:有机物类型不同,反应的动力学特征也不同,其反应速率方程为r<sub>c7H8</sub>=1.26×10<sup>7</sup>[exp(-92600/RT)]C<sub>c7H8</sub>/(1+bC<sub>c7H8</sub>)r<sub>c<sub>3</sub>H<sub>6</sub>O</sub>=4.91×10<sup>4</sup>[exp(-93300/RT)]C<sub>c<sub>3</sub>H<sub>6</sub>O</sub>
The kinetics of deep oxidation of toluene and acetone over Pt/NM catalyst were studied separately in the presence of large excess of oxygen.The kinetics equation and the parameter of the deep oxidation for toluene was r=kc/(1+bc), apparent activation energy △E = 92.6(kJ/mol), frequency factor A=1.26×107, heat of absorption Q=13.5(KJ/mol); acetone: r=KC,
△E=93.3kJ/mol, A=4.91×104.
