摘要
静电陀螺仪极轴位置信号的读取是提高精度的关键技术之一,因此设计了一种用于小角度信号读取的新型光纤传感器。在理论分析的基础上,给出了该传感器的具体设计方案和相关参数,研制了试验样机并进行了相关模拟实验。实验结果表明该传感器是可行性的。
The detection of the axiss position of Electrostatic Suspended Gyroscope (ESG) is one of the critical technologies for improving its accuracy. In this paper, a new kind of sensor (optical fiber sensor) is designed to detect the angle information of ESG. The concrete parameter and design method of this sensor are given based on the analysis of relevant theory, and the sample sensor is developed. Many correlative experiments are made, and the results indicate that this kind of sensor is feasible.
