摘要
本文修改了作者提出的适用于电压型CMOS电路的三值传输函数理论,使之适用于电流型CMOS电路.基于该理论,本文设计了实现三值加法和三值乘法的电流型CMOS电路.这些电路具有简单的电路结构和正确的逻辑功能,从而表明该理论能有效地指导电流型CMOS电路在开关级的逻辑设计。
The ternary transmission function theory suitable to voltage-mode CMOS circuits proposed by the authors, is modified to apply to current-mode CMOS circuits. Based on this theory, the current-mode CMOS circuits realizing ternary addition and ternary multiplication operations are designed. These circuits have simple structures and correct logic functions, which confirm that this theory can efficiently guide the switch-level logic design of current-mode CMOS circuits.
